Utilities Hazardous Area Compliance

QGE were engaged by a large utility provider to review and update hazardous area classifications and perform equipment inspections across several major wastewater treatment plants. QGE’s Ex-Online solution allowed us to complete the inspection works efficiently and to improve the quality of data in the site Hazardous Area verification dossiers. The reclassification project brought consistency and pragmatism to the three sites, opening the path for significant compliance cost reductions in future.
